“Or send by carrier pigeon!”
This amusing option in a 1989 advertisement by a Bermuda real estate company attracted Isabella into real estate, although she did hand deliver her resume as she was unable to find any suitable pigeons. The career offered in real estate allowed her the freedom to balance the needs of her young children. She continued her interest in real estate when she suddenly had to return to England ten years later and she worked in a countryside estate agency which acquainted her with the methods of selling abroad.
Isabella delights in meeting new people from all walks of life, which working in the industry provides and especially in helping those challenged by finding appropriate accommodations for their needs and within their means. She was tagged the ‘social worker realtor’ by a former colleague. She loves her constant clients who return to her for her services. With a background in banking and law, Isabella finds that experience useful in dealing with issues that often arise in the sales and rentals in which she is involved.
She enjoys cooking and especially eating, reading all sorts of literature, watching Formula 1 as she cannot speed in Bermuda, walking, tennis and scuba diving. Her husband wants her to learn golf! Married with four children, Isabella certainly knows how to balance the challenges and wonders of life.
